a AMG during my IV. The chief answered: every program has to follow this
new rule next year, (2009, when we guys enter the program). So every program
has to make change about their call schedule, etc. But the Bad news is he
believes the result is we (as interns and residents) have to work more.
Becasue no one is allowed to work continously over 16 hrs, but there is same
amount work and same number of residents doing the | a*********d
发帖数: 2763 | 2 这个真的是很烦的。intern出夜班如果有5个以上的新病人，主治医生查房就要查到中
午以后，intern2点钟之前一定要离开医院，于是都是拼死拼活地争取在两点之前把所
有的活都干完，早饭中饭别说了，碰倒想去的noon conference也不能去，2点以后，
intern的活谁干啊，intern的住院医生干。
这个rule其实真是矫枉过正。
