support my family gave me in this difficult time. The weather was horrible
and I am so happy that I made the last interview yesterday.
I feel there are two weakness in my CV really killed my chance. First
weakness is the gap on clinical experience; the second one is lack of recent
hand -on USCE.
I was asked many, many times of this type of Qs in my interviews: Do you
think you can go back to practice after 8 year, and how/ Do | l*******8

首先我说我从什么时候做OB, 跟的是谁,什么hospitalist program director,schedule
是什么样的(每周两天,7am to 7pm),然后我会说到OB经历,一开始observe,跟的医生是
如何教我的,讨论病历,怎样用药,怎样在电脑上下order,两个月后,带我的老师就让我体
检病人,问病史,并且写HP. 当我写好后,带我的老师会很让我suprised的拿出一份他打
印出来的他以前写的这个病人的旧病历,一对照,90%他以前写的,我现在写的都cover到
了. OB的时候,护士们,clerk们是怎样的nice(正好借机吹一下自己是个great team
player, get along with everybody, and respect everyone and appreciate their
help.) 我觉得,生动的描述,你的OB的经历,并且有个对比,并且趁机把你的优点都给带
了出来,会给面试你的人更深更好的印象.
我觉得这属于面试技巧的问题.随后你再可以加上,你是quick learner,马上考step 3,
