Based on Yf’s post, what is the definition of malignant program?
My answer is patient population! How good or how bad of the program depends
on patient population.

发帖数: 746 | 2 have to agree with you, Dr. 二饼，partially. 因为先天不足，CMG要付出比其他
IMG更多的辛劳。有些malignant的program要take advantage,也没有办法。this is
how the system works. 任何行业都是这样。
从前斑竹的角度来看，论坛biased有两点原因：
1。成绩好的更愿意和大家分享，成绩不好的因为觉得没面子就不愿意冒头，造成好像
99唾手可得的假象。其实教训和经验一样重要。
2。愿意发言的一般personality比较外向，interpersonal communication相对好些，
可能IV效果相对好些，match结果也比较鼓舞人心。
不过我觉得bias也有两方面的作用：
1。可能没有给大家一个全面的认识，这是不好的一面。
2。考版的压力很大，一个激励的环境还是很有帮助的。既然进malignant的比不进好，
那么其他的进了之后再考虑好了，现阶段就要心无旁骛的专心考版。从这点来看，也不
是什么坏事了。
anyway，修行靠自身。torture是暂时的，为了行医的终极目标，也只能咬牙坚持。 |
