For old IMGs with PhD, my story...
Several years after left medical school, I went to another country to study
for my PhD. Then I came to US and joined one top medical school for
postdoctoral research. I got 8 publications. Realized the toughness to work
as a faculty in academia, or instability as a scientist in biotech, I
