if necessary, ask the patient to lift up breast.
UW 说 leave the bra on, but ask patient to lift up breast
ECFMG上说 examinees may ask female SPs to loosen or move their bras

1. You should listen to the heart and lung for most of the pts. I am not
talking about a full CV/Lung exam. A fast auscultation (1 point of heart and
4-6 points of lung) will only take less than 1 min.
2. "lift your breast" instead of "lift your bra". (I am not quite sure about
