translation，one photograph，Form 344， Form 345） 都寄回学校，再由学校寄给
ECFMG啊？
还是只要把Form 186 寄回学校，然后自己把其他材料寄给ECFMG就可以了？

instructions, it seems that we have to mail all back to school. Have to say,
the instructions are so wordy and confusing...Waiting for someone to
