在申请的时候(9月初)就有。但总有一些人刚刚考过step1，这样申请的成功率虽然小些
，但有时其他方面背景比较好，也能拿到一些IV。这个时候，你就必须在来年的2月15
号，也就是各个program提交他们的rank order list的时候拿到你的certificate。这
就意味着，你必须在今年底(12月)把CS考完，因为CS出成绩比较花时间。 | A********1

申请，也就是说没有ECFMG certificate也可以申请？其他材料都准备好是不？

Ideally, you should get your ECFMG certification prior to submitting your
residency applications.
Bear in mind that you are allowed yo register(pay the fee)for the match
regardless of your ECFMG status.In order for you to participate in the Match
, however ,the NRPM requires that you be ECFMG certified by the deadline(in
Feb. of each year).

but, a big but, are you going to get same number of interviews? not certified vs certified by ECFMG?
