授,中华医学会某专业副主任委员)的很强的推荐信.
来美后一直做RESEARCH, 虽跟几个MD有合作,但他们都和我不是一个城市,我没有做过
OBSERVER.
现在还和其中一个MD有合作,我向他要推荐信时,他说可以给我写个强的信. 但是关于临
床经验我最好在国内拿一封,他可以PARAPHRASE那封信中的关于临床的评价.
我可不可以SHOW给他那封国内的信,让他PARAPHRASE,但是不给ERAS那封国内的信啊?
我现在手头还有跟那些外城市MD的合作课题,目前无法做FULL TIME的OBSERVER,PART
TIME的还没找到.
我想MATCH ANESTHESIOLOGY (与我现在的RESEARCH一致),目前可以拿到的LOR如下:
1.目前的BOSS, PHD,老美,很强的信
2.美国大医院的ANESTHESIOLOGY的RESEARCH DIRECTOR, PHD,老美, 很强的信
3.美国大医院的ANESTHESIOLOGY的MD&PHD, ASSOCIATE PROF,老美, 很 | e*****a

will be strong, I'd pick the following:

2.美国大医院的ANESTHESIOLOGY的RESEARCH DIRECTOR, PHD,老美, 很强的信
3.美国大医院的ANESTHESIOLOGY的MD&PHD, ASSOCIATE PROF,老美, 很强的信 (关于临

Do you think I can give my letter from China to referee #3 to paraphrase,
but not using that letter in ERAS?

American doctor/prof. > Chinese doctor/prof. in U.S. > Chinese doctor/prof
in China.
For anesthesia no more than two letteres should come from anesthesiologists, and
the other letters should come from surgeons or IM physicians.
The letter from your Ph.D. boss should be fine.
If you think #6 will be very strong and will cover your clinical experince, you may consider replacing #3 or #5 with #6.
