I still have some questions.
1. I am old CMG, I do not have MSPE and MST in my hand. I thought MST should
be in ECFMG when I got cerficated, how could I get it released?
2. LOR, I sent Five LOR. the first two can not be used for waive problem.
the other two I attached a coversheet with # , but I forgot to do the same
thing to the last LOR, how can I fix the problem? Thank you very much!!! | e*****a

You have to send ECFMG a copy of your medical school transcript. Ask a
friend in China to get one for you. The friend may send it to ECFMG directly
, with a DSF.
If you can't get an MSPE, indicate this in CAF.
Call ECFMG about the last LOR. Without a cover sheet and DSF they may have
difficulty to find your application. If ECFMG can't resolve this, you'll
need to resubmit the LOR with a cover sheet and DSF.

I attached the coversheet and DSF with the last one, but no # on it. I
reserve the LOR with #7 on my ERAS slot. so how ECFMG know the last one is
LOR#7? Thanks | e*****a

better way to request it release automatically or I release manually?
should I wait till I finish my CK and then release them? and about comlex

For this question: Do you authorize the NBME to transmit your USMLE
transcript to designated programs?
Choose Yes. The step 1 score will be released to programs.
For this question: Do you authorize the NBME to AUTOMATICALLY transmit your
updated USMLE transcript to all designated programs when a new Step result
becomes available?
Choose No. So you can review your step 2 CK score, then make a decision.
