clerkship的起止时间和supervising physician必须如实填写吗？学校的成绩单上没有
此内容，年代久远，根本记不清了，这个内容在报名以后的步骤中还会需要吗？请帮忙

发帖数: 1334 | 2 Doesn't matter what is called in China, any clinical trainings before your
medical school graduation is "clerkship". The first year (sometimes the
second year too) of a residency is "internship". Be careful what you fill in
must be consistent with any official documents. Those are important
information used throughout the application and they must be truthful. |

虽然我们国内的见习，实习，以及轮转工作经历，在美国好像都是被叫做clerkship,但是还是不一样的。这个问题以前论坛里已经讨论过多次了。

发帖数: 1334 | 5 States like California and Illinois have special requirements for the
clerkship time. Some people count both 实习 and 见习 as clerkship to satisfy
those requirements. Not sure 实习 only is enough or not.
但是还是不一样的。这个问题以前论坛里已经讨论过多次了。

A: 填写本科学位证上的毕业年份，寄本科学位证，clerkships填实习的内外妇儿等各
科。说clerkship 就是毕业前在医院中的 rotation, intership 是 毕业以后的住院医
实习。
Q: 國內實習算internship還是clerkship
A: 美國住院醫第一年稱作intern。據此，國內的實習見習可以一起成為clerkship。 |

习的医院，他们也说没有具体的纪录，只有一个谁实习过，通过没通过的纪录，请问大
家，这种情况我该怎么办？有朋友和我的情况类似吗？急求建议！ |

发帖数: 1334 | 8 Yes those schools claim to be "world class soon" really can't provide some
basic services for students. You have to get friends/relatives/connections
to work with your school on this. Keep in mind the state of California
requires these clerkships:
A. Instruction in the clinical courses shall total a minimum of 72 weeks in
length.
B. Instruction in the core clinical courses of surgery, medicine,family
medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and psychiatry shall total
a minimum of 40 week
