actual attendance is required in the subjects set forth hereunder(好像一个条
款规定号，不打出来了)and that the applicant(紧接着是一堆课程名称，好像不应该
全是clerkship的课，因为Anatomy, Physiology什么的也在里面。下接两个选项，应选
