现在面试还没开始吧？起码我自己的面试是11月开始，实在没啥经验可谈，而且估计第
一个面试是很有可能犯无数错误的。等过了几个面试再来和各位分享了。我估计很多人
也是很愿意分享的，但实在也怕误导别人啊。老实说，我自己写的经验都不知道是不是
真的有效，也只是写出来供大家参考而已，当然不敢太高调了。

I miss you guys.
In service is 鸡肋. You will be fine esp you just passed step 3 months ago.
One of resident from East Europe tried to use high in service score to help
him to get fellowship. He took vocation for preparing in service. He got 85%
in 2nd years which didn't help him at all.
One of our CMGs, she got <1% in 2nd years. She got high reputation HemOnc
fellowship. |
