是对postdoc没有兴趣，想试试其他的方面。看到Clinical Trial很感兴趣，不知道要
做这种associate的话，需要什么样的background，是不是还需要再念个学位。查了精

发帖数: 441 | 2 Entry Level的job是Clinical Research Coordinator,比较好找年薪3W+，做得事情相
当于medical assistant+secretary.生物本科毕业就可以，医学背景是Plus，很多外国
医生在clear board之前在做这个，医学背景可以更好的观察记录adverse events.这个工作和病人打交道很多，比较有意思。
高一点的是Clinical Research Associate,1/2的时间在travel,剩下的时间在实验点检查实验数据完整性，年薪5W-10W，工作很无聊，整天对着binder看。
再高就是project manager,年薪10W-20W。 |

Pretty good, starting salary 25-30/hour.
google, clinical data/research coordinator, salary, you will know more.
If you have meidical/clinical background, MD from china, no more school is
needed.
1, Site based: CRC, clinical data coordinator, 0-5% travel per year.
2, Drug company: CRA, 0-30% travel (in-house:0-5% travel, monitor: 10-30% travel)
more travel, more money
I will post some training site tomorrow.
Just try hard to breaking in.

I 接触病人, because I work at the clinical site,
Monitor would not 接触病人, but you need to have good communication.
H4签证may try big hospital or medical center, for non-profit H1-B
This is not my first job, I worked at IT of big drug company, medical center
, data management of pre-clinical. Also, I have green card. |

发帖数: 441 | 15 那就别把Ph.D写在resume上了，这个职位都是本科生在做，medical assistant也可以
做，Ph.D的training和这个完全不一样，Ph.D要求独立思考，而CRC要求完全按照
protocol不能有deviation, CRC根本都不需要懂得protocol为什么这样设计而不是那样。

position even require nurse license. So, average salary is similar or
