in NY to suggest a hotel to stay. Previously on mitbbs, someone suggested
chinese hotels in flushing. Which one should I pick ? Should I call a cab
or take subway to the hospital in the morning? Thank you so much for any

发帖数: 31 | 2 I will suggest you to use priceline bid a room in Manhattan. It is a pain to
commute from flushing to the city in the morning and also will take you
more than 1 hr. From what I heard, flushing Chinese hotels are not good
choices either. The location is very loud during the night and you have to
share bathroom. Most importantly, I don't know how safe they are, you don't
want your stuff get stolen on your trip. |

发帖数: 32 | 3 个人认为还是住医院附近的hotel比较好，面试早上都挺早的，最好医院能在步行范围
（10-15分钟）内，拿着行囊再挤地铁比较不靠谱（如果面试完直接去机场），city里
的公交车多倒是多，但早晚人也很多，高峰时间还没有腿儿着快。
对flushing的旅馆没什么概念，但算上早上进城的打车钱，应该也便宜不了多少了。 |

曼哈顿chinatown有个hotel 91,中国人开的，很干净，有液晶电视，就是小了点儿。空
调没噪音，楼下有红茶。140/night。。。。强烈推荐~~~~

flushing anymore due to safty reason you two mentioned.
Snowflake, thank you so much for the information, just called the hotel,
likely I will stay there when the date is close. |

挺喜欢法拉盛的，早上起来就可以吃到豆浆馒头，还有豆腐脑，肉包。我都没啥心思面
试，整天到处找吃的。 |

USMLE, this time, my time in NY is very tight, guess no time to enjoy the
chinese food. I will definitly visit flushing next time. The chinese
breakfast you mentioned sounds so attractive, the last time I ate was couple
of yrs ago.
