Medical
This one. You need to certify by notary public first, then send the form
back to China to your med school for further confirmation and then the form
will be mailed to ECFMG by your med school (technically speaking, but most
people just have their friends/family helped to mail the form out from their
Med school)

1 网上注册交钱，获得186
2 把186和其他所有材料（344，345，学位证复印件，翻译件，公证件，成绩单，照片
等）都寄到国内母校，让母校的人签了186，把剩下的材料如数放回一个信封，寄回
ECFMG
3 ECFMG收到国内寄来的包裹，可能会把372A和345再发给母校，让校方签署372A,并索
取获得学位证，成绩单等。（这个步骤是我猜想的）

Mostly right. For the 3 step, usually you will need to provide the degree
certificate and transcripts again to your med school, and they will process
them by re-stamping and re-dating the materials and sealing them into school
envelope. This is what my med school did. Not sure about yours.
