biomedical sciences)作过residency。
我的第一年可能需要OPT，但是一年之后会有visa sponor，不知是否可行？
担心会因为visa issues前功尽弃。。。

them during interview that you WILL NOT need visa sponsorship for the first
year. |

I wonder whether it is eligible as OPT is supposed for jobs that are related
to the field of studies. I wonder whether the residency programs are ok
with OPT from graduate school instead of medical school.
Any opinions or comments will be greatly appreciated.

发帖数: 57 | 4 This is a gray zone, strictly speaking, OPT is only for related job field.
However, if the residency program accept it, USCIS is not going to track
down what you did with your OPT. The whole thing is depends on residency
program accept OPT. |
