opinion.
there are several reasons for this forum to sustain and flourish. one is it
has old participants and new ones, and of course, the old ones contribute
more to this forum. the reason why new ones want to come is to get
experience from the old ones to get either encouragement, and also get
directions, and benefit a lot from different levels. it is understandable
for the new guys to come.

几句争吵改变的，到最后都是浪费时间。但是这个坛子有特殊性，老刀的例子，有特殊
性。
我从开始考试复习就开始来在这个论坛，到现在五年有余了，来来去去多少ID,在这里
得到帮助，得到鼓励，得到祝福，然后就一去无踪影了。就像导线说的，因为没有动力
再来了，我们需要的信息在这里已经不能再得到了。多少人愿意反反复复回答“我应该
不应该考board",或者关于step1 ,step2，match这类最入门的问题？
问题是后来还是会有很多人，走一样的弯路，有一样的困惑。从我自己来说，有时候我
也会觉得没有动力留言了，但是老刀还是在他工作这么繁忙，自己家里很多琐事的情况
下，坚持来回帖鼓励CMG，就在这个版上，谁能做得到。
那些披着马甲，围攻他的人，那些自我感觉很好，偶尔回来显摆一下的已经执业的医生
们，那些就为了几句斗嘴而结下梁子，三番四次地来掀起大风浪的人，请问你们真的把
老刀弄走以后，你们能做到像他这样默默地收集版上的精华帖子然后整理起来，像他一

the reason of sustain tension is "BE PROFESSIONAL" rather than who helps the
most. do you agree? grading the degree of being helpful is first of all
very difficult. I don't come here to argue who is more helpful or not, I'll
leave the task to those who are been helped by coming to this forum. However
, i do insist that, no matter how big a figure you are (be it imaginary or
realistically), everyone SHOULD and MUST behave accord | L****n

我说，如果有一天他不在了，希望我继续收集整理版上的精华帖子，把他的心愿继续下
去。那时候我真的很感动。希望大家放下那些根本就是网络虚无缥缈的恩怨，为后面的

最为一个旁观者说几句，首先作为这里的一名听众，欢迎Lexian ，这里是我们中国人
社交的一个场地，主治们多忙，能来此实数不易，但是我也看到一个事实，Lexian 与
老刀在这里有冲突，那么Lexian 所处的劣势是显而意见的，老刀的群众基础是打出来
的，
靠实干拼出来的，这谁说什么都没用，它是实实在在的立起来的，老刀精神，老刀思想
，不是吹的，
这里有点资历的ID，都能从老刀写的文字上面读出音符，这是一种感情的交流，比如俺
