态度就变了很多，把很多negative data归结于我不专心。不过还好，也没有影响我的考
试。幸亏没有刚刚开始考试的时候就告诉她。
其实我觉得没有必要告诉老板，你自己的业余时间考试，是你自己的选择。平时实验忙
，专心干活是第一位的，实验如果有点闲就看看书，反正也是在网上闲逛，不如干点正
事。这是你自己的私事，我觉得这与老板没有关系。如果你觉得老板是很nice，是朋友
的话，说说也可以。不过我的经验是，老板还是老板，出发点永远会不一样。
个人经验，仅供参考.

No. Just get NIW approved. EB1 is hopeless for me now. This means I need
wait> 5years to get GC.
No. Only I am working. If layoff, will go back to China.
Not very busy. Boss is nice, but no money. Need find another job soon.

If the boss doesn't have money, you are not secure.
However it's very difficult to get something stable in biology field.
This is the reason why a lot want to change to clinic.
Clinic GC for NIW is to serve in underserved area. If you can achieve NIW
for clinic, it's the best way. |

了，根本没有时间复习看书。结果辞职以后她还十分不满地满处宣传，说我偷着学习，
她还给我工资，说自己亏死了。真是变态至极。。。但愿楼主不要遇到我这样的老板！ |

few bosses support you. It is just you are lucky so do not count on it.
If you need boss'recommendation, watch his behavior carefully to see if he/
she is trustable or a liar.
Leave liar's lab as quickly as possible even you do not need his/her letter
. A liar could ruin your career of both research and clinic as well as green card application. |

doctors in clinic..but i need my boss' approval to do observeship, need to

听说在中国的推荐信意义不大.他们看重的是美国的经历.
我们实验室的欧洲人说了考试,马上一年不做实验,老板还给了4个月全职学习.到了中国
人就不行.我们就是实验机器.sigh.
