的ER大部分都是community healthcare center，PCP看的病人，ER一样少不了。
是不是看ER电视剧看的？真正的ER没那么刺激。

发帖数: 577 | 10 州立的EM Program有些比私立的强，有些USNews Top Hospitals的EM其实很烂。EM是有
它自己的排名的（非正式的），和USNews的不一样，一般EM的PD才知道。

patients and then leave, no call, no worrries. and also has a good income,
that is why it is pretty popular among AMGs. and also is pretty competitive.
the problem with ER is that it is becoming a kind of primary care specialty,
a lot of people comes to ER for everything: from cold to pimple in forehead
(that is not kidding, I did see one patient with pimple when I was doing ER
rotation). |

do is call consult when see a complex case, sometime even without actually
exam the patient, understandable they are under huge pressure to clean up
the ER. so a lot of doctors from other specialty do not like ER guys that
much, especially residents.

发帖数: 2895 | 15 所以我觉得当住院医的时候做下emergency doctor还是不错的 可以得到不少锻炼 等正
式做医生后再做专业医生就比较好了。
