scratchy sound called a pericardial friction rub that is best heard with the
patient sitting upright and leaning forward."
Why the patient relieved when leans forward or sits up?
Is it a paradox that the auscultation is best heard when pt leans forward
AND the patient is relieved so? |

强度是D1=D2>beta1>alpha1,在休克时，小剂量多巴胺用于升压， 源于beta1 加快心率，
alpha 1 增加外周血管阻力.而D受体的激活用于增加肾血流。 请教的问题是在休克时多
巴胺增加肾血流是防止肾衰么？还是别的用途？ |

因为只占10％左右。 |
