match into IM/medical genetics or Ped/medical genetics; if you have clinic
experience outside USA, you may directly match into meidcal gentics
fellowship (need to confirm this). Does anyone have such experience or have
any information about theis specialty?

known, yes. But iBT TOEFL>85, with spoken section>23. Very competitive to
enter the program.
