发帖数: 309 | 2 There is no way to hide. Only way to make it up is to take 2nd time as soon
as possible and pass it. Program doesn't care if you failed step 3 once and
pass it in the 2nd time. But make sure you won't fail the 2nd time because
some states had limits to each steps and you may have difficult to register
in these states later. | f**u

I will retake the exam on Sep. 7th, the result might be available at the end
of Sep.. I am wondering whether I should apply for the programs on Sep. 1
or after getting the Step 3 result? Will it be too late if I apply for
programs at the end of Sep.?
