I am going to apply Intermal medicine. Most will be community based
University program. A few University program and community program.
Should I say 'I want to be primary care physician' in community based univ
program? And say 'I want to apply fellowship' in University program? To
increase the match opportunity. I have 3 year research experience without
good publication.
Because some community based univ has a fellowship, some don't have. How can
I create a general PS here? I know I should do t

I am sure you can't mention in your PS that you want to do PCP and apply
for fellowship later on. Either PCP or just IM and then do fellow.
