programs 才合适呢？因为prelim IM 和 transitional 竞争都很激烈，申请少了怕拿
不到IV,申请多了又精力和费用也成问题。我自己想每个neuro对应申请一个prelim或者
transitional,不知道够不够。申请neuro的同仁们讨论一下吧，也请过来人提供宝贵经

waste time and money on transitional year. Last year some of my classmates
attended ~10 TY interviews but still didn't get any.
Depends on the strength of your application, I'd suggest to apply more
preliminary medicine positions. It's a small investment and better than
sorry. You'll have choices only if you can get enough invites. | l********z
