近一直在试孕，不想吃什么避孕药，所以想问一下这是不是检查中必须的步骤？ 有没有

充血之类的，有利于诊断治疗． |

The 2nd hospital doesn't show any polyp from ultrasound, why does your
doctor still want to scope you. In some hospital, a simple diagnostic
hysteroscopy could be performed only in office.
A lot of polyps may disappear without any manipulation. However, if you are
trying to conceive, the management will be different. |

nothing bad is growing in my uterus. He wants to perform an office
hysteroscopy at the end of my period, which would be around day 9. So he
asks me to be on OCP to make sure the endometrial lining is still clear by
that time. But I am trying to conceive and don't want to take OCP. What do
you think is the best approach for me? Does it work if I only do an
endometrial biopsy instead of hysteroscopy to confirm the presence of
endometrial polys and to make sure nothing bad happens? or should I merely
repeat an ultrasound? |

发帖数: 578 | 6 Some office will perform hysteroscopy as a routine for infertility. Even
though you don't take OCP, do you think that you have a higher possibility
to be pregnanct at the month of hysteroscopy. You only take OCP for 1 month,
it doesn't matter.
But mostly likely, your doctor is going to find nothing after hysteroscopy. |
