it contains flag "H" hospital, "U" university, "G" practice group,
"S" Solo practice, "D" Pharmaceutical.

You probably right, NY and NJ may have the most of IMGs, but California
has the most of CMGs.

CMGs are practicing OB/GYN but I do know some Chinese neurologists.. | S******9
