Case Report
Male, Chinese, 57y.
At the end of September in 2010, he had a bit pant and tired after a travel.
No obviously symptoms.
He then flight to Vancouver in Canada on October 5 and arrived there on
October 7. He had a toothache and
took some pills.
On October 8 or 9, he began to cough with sputum (yellow).
He started taking painkillers on October 12 when he flight to central Canada
which was colder than
Vancouver.
He panted with sputum (white) seriously in the wind and couldn’t walk
quickly about one week.
On oct. 25-29 he did not take painkillers.
On Oct. 27 or 28, he had little meal, however, good sleep.
In oct. 29, he flight back to Beijing and he felt bad with some cough.
On Nov. 5, he saw a doctor in Xiehe hospital in Beijing. The doctor said his
was in a bad way.
He returned to Harbin on November 6. Before going aboard the plane, he ate
cold medicine and felt a little
fever in 10 minutes. He couldn’t speak with pant.
About one-third Pulmonary infection showed in CT after hospitalization in
ICU then diagnosed pneumonia
and type I respiratory failure.
301 hospital report: respiratory distress syndrome.
Drug: Nifungin , Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride；AVELOX with hormone
Note: add Potassium chloride, protecting gastric mucosal
Inspection : blood glucose and blood pressure, detection of kidney function,
Pay attention to the same quantity discrepancy, infusion: infusion speed not
too fast note, when necessary,
Suggestions on breathing machines checking bacteria, mold and drug
susceptibility,
on Nov. 11th around 5 p.m. add weifan.
on Friday morning: the temperature is 37 degrees
In afternoon temperature is degrees 37.3
Friday night eleven to two : 38 degrees,
Sunday afternoon on the ventilator, temperature 38 degrees,
heart rate:100. added hormone and zyvox,
On Monday Nov. 15, CT showed serious lung infections are much more than 80%,
maybe the lung vasculitis.
heart rate:80-90
On November 17: After Beijing experts consultation, the patient was
diagnosed acute interstitial
pneumonia (AIP), idiopathic ARDS , idiopathic respiratory distress syndrome,
and suggested hormone added
to 1000, there were a lot of alzheimer disease starts, especially intestines
and stomach bleeding and risk of
cardiac arrest in recent years, the disease is 80 to 85 percent in mortality
at present.
On November 17： blood pressure： 150/76 , heart rate：83
, and temperature is degrees 36.7 took plasma injection. | S**********e
