前阵决心戒网，洗心革面，把所有的帖子都删了。但是每逢情绪低落，需要帮助的时候
，还是有众多网友热心帮忙鼓励，无以回报，还是接着贴吧，大家监督我上网只是为了
学习～～～
Bloody diarrhea,注明这个不是原创。
CASES：
Campylobacter
Ameoba
Salmonella
E.Coli
Shigella
Nonbloody diarrhea，这个比较恶俗，一看就是pony编的。
SS感染了virus（pony可没暗示是HIV），蒙古医生给BCG，治是治不好的，但不会流血
（nonbloody）。

发帖数: 2295 | 2 有个同学发了包子要看齐小宝的7个老婆，其实贴出来过，如果该同学没看的，就现在补上：
六LP漂亮(Pyridoxine)，所以lesbian的三弟喜欢(required for synthesis of niacin
),小宝就更不用提了，六姨每次都让小宝转危为安（转胺，cofactor in
transamination），小宝一见到六姨就忙着脱蓑衣（脱羧,focator in
decarboxylation recation），写血书表示(不用这招人家不相信哈，cofactor in
heme synthesis)，饭也不用吃了靠糖原(cofactor in glycogen phosphorylase)。
小宝看不到六姨了，就生气（hyperiritability），抽风(convulsions)，发神经(
peripheral neuropathy)。
七LP比较白（Biotin）,不过不吃香，小宝一见六LP就脱蓑衣，可是一见七LP就赶紧穿蓑衣(cofactor for carboxylation)，18－不宜，嘻嘻。。所以七LP天天气鼓鼓的（carry CO2）.
小LP（B12）狂啰嗦，天天bala bala（cobalamin），弄得是人都受不了，只有动物才能接受（only found in animal products），但是小LP还是有二技之长，要不这么啰嗦早被休了，一个本身就是会下蛋（cofactor for synthesis of Methionine，蛋氨酸），还有一个就是会弄琥珀（essential for Succinyl-CoA）。
小宝的七个LP到此结束。 |

of stroke, not acute management of stroke.
This is from uptodate:
The available evidence suggests that it may be reasonable to start or
intensify antihypertensive therapy in middle-aged or older patients who have
had a cerebrovascular event in the preceding two weeks to five years, who
are stable, and who have no contraindication to blood pressure lowering. As
noted above, the 2006 American Heart Association/American Stroke Association
Guidelines recommend antihypertensive therapy for all patients with a
stroke and TIA, and support the use of diuretics and the combination of
diuretics and an ACE inhibitor, but do not provide firm blood pressure goals.
For patients who have had a stroke or transient ischemic attack from a
mechanism other than large cervicocephalic artery stenosis, we propose the
following approach:
We recommend a goal blood pressure of less than 140/90 mmHg compared with
higher pressures.
We suggest (a weaker recommendation) an attempt to lower the systolic
pressure below 130 to 135 mmHg if it can be achieved without producing
significant side effects.
For patients who fulfill the entry criteria in ACCORD BP (type 2 diabetes
plus either cardiovascular disease or at least two additional risk factors
for cardiovascular disease), the risks and burdens of aiming for a goal
systolic pressure of less than 120 mmHg (more side effects, extra patient
visits, and increased cost) plus the lack of experience of almost all
physicians in attaining such a goal may be too great a burden to achieve the
small reduction in stroke that may be attained. However, such a goal may be
considered in highly motivated patients who would accept more aggressive
antihypertensive therapy to further reduce their risk of stroke.

do not do surgery:
阿三脑子有病，娶了16个胖太，才生了两个baby。这种人开刀也治不好。
阿三(A3)脑子有病(encephalopathy)，娶了16个胖太(PT16)，才生了2个baby(
bilirubin 2)。

万一：
四眼很威武的开了个Mazda 6.
四眼：Eye评4分。
威武：V5（王菲姐夫在演唱会就举了个这个牌子，恶俗啊），verbal评5分。
Mazda 6：Motor评6分。
具体一项一项的就有个印象就行了吧。 |

glomerulonepheritis:
Wegener(wegner's)去赶考CS(churg-strauss)，一心想考个A(IgA nepheritis)的。在
去airport(Alport's)的路上看着一个叫henoch的，拿着pan(PAN)，背后栓着链子(post
-strep)在讨钱，wegener好歹是SH goodman(SLE,HUS/TTP, goodpature's)么，恻隐心
大发，给了大把银子，结果反而挨揍，被打得尿血了～
您别说，pony真认识一个叫wegner的医生，当年有没有唱这一出就不得而知了。
原谅typo，就是想检验一下自己是否记住了～～有错误的话请指出～～～ |

to get antibiotics, you need DRS(abbreviation of doctors, stands for Dental,
Respiratory, Skin) to give you PE & CT (Prosthetic valves, Endocarditis,
Cyanotic heart disease, Transplant).
IE什么时候valve replacement: RAPE is Fun,这样的想法多危险，赶紧的换了修理了。
