graduate with a graduation date before July 1 in the year before the Match
is considered a previous U.S. graduate and is not sponsored by the medical
school. People in this category can be currently a resident, fellow,
physician, or whose failed to match in the past application cycle(s).
5th：Students/Graduates of Fifth Pathway Programs (5th Pathway)，See

如果9月初申请放射科的住院医生，没有成功，能申请同一年的fellow吗？已经在国内
完成了住院医生和fellow培训，工作10多年了。
fellow对step1/2的分数有要求吗？

- You have to check with those radiology fellowship programs. For example,
people send out applications in November/December for the IR and
Neuroradiology fellowships. The interviews start in February.
- Not as critical as residency application, but some programs may still
reference that.

only consider candidates with Step 1 above 240 or 250. For lower-tier
programs, the cut-off is 230, and only a small number of programs will
consider anything below 230.
The total package counts. For IMGs, extensive Rads or image-related research
/working experience is essential. Most programs won't pick an IMG who has no
Rads-related experience.

For those programs not listed, you may apply them directly. Usually they
have information on their websites.

than that of Step 1.
