有兴趣的去如下网页:www.ufh.com.cn．待遇不知道，但那儿用的都是美国的套路，北
京总部还有部分住院部，听起来不错．Dr.Mease (medical director)好像很nice样子

发帖数: 4 | 2 I thought about going back to work in United Family hospital. I was
intervewed and I do not feel it was a good deal. #1 if you are a pCP the pay
will be ok, not as good as in US but little close. If you are a specialist.
The salary is way lower than US and I cound not support my family in
Beijing, Also consider the patient volume is very limited due to thay only
see the patient who may have the insurance or rich chinese, think about how
many patient you can have and how could you make the money. They do have few
physician from US or other coumtry, but they are mainly semi retaired or
their husband or wife working in China for the company. So I decided not

发帖数: 309 | 3 Totally understandable. It's all based on your priority. If you have family
here in states and your kids have already got used to US system and your
partner has a decent and stable job, definitely you don't want to return.
However if you are single, all your other family members are all in China
and your are PCP and not intend to pursue any sub specialty or too hard to
get into certain sub specialty, it's not bad idea to give a try. Anyway
China is booming. But use your own instinct to make the correct decision,but
always wise to have a "plan B" in hand before making a move. | U******u
发帖数: 5829 | 4 我曾经写过一篇为什么我不会(包括很多美国CMG医生)不会海龟，尽管有比较偏激强
烈Z政治因素和情趣，但我这几年每年都回去，最让人受不了得是：
1。 空气污染：你再有钱也不可能象麦克杰克迅那样整日睡在过滤空气舱里，而且，
越年青受害时间越长，而越年龄大则越不能适应那种污染。
2。那种整日纸醉金迷吃喝无度的摄生，你可以说，我不那样，可是大环境往往不是
个人都能完全抵挡和避免的。
和睦家那种，基本就是，有个人困难，家人海龟了，所以一起回去混混算了。

work over ther, because after the formal interview at dinner, they told me
so far there are really no any US physician who is at their peak of career
want to work with them. The foreign physician whom they have now are falls
in three category. #1 The physician who is at end of their career and does
not care about income , they really enjoy the life in China to be relax. #2
the physiciaqns woh works as missionary. #3 The physician whose family work
in China as an expats.
The pcp may fit in to it little better, but the problems are the patient
they see most time are for annual physical, or common cold. The expas are
healthy people, if they do have serious problems if it is not emergency,
they will choose to go back to their own country. So few years later, you
will not devoloping any of your skill. For the specialist, sorry, no
business. ( the expas will no choose to have the hip replacement in Beijing

发帖数: 67 | 6 汗~Dr. Mease，在和睦家见过他，哥们是一儿科医生，很有爱的样子，很闹的10来岁小
孩都能很弄得服贴。在中国好几年了，还很关心中国公共卫生发展，特别是边远地区比
如甘肃青海什么的卫生资源问题。
和睦家给大概同等年资美国薪水的80%-85%，个人认为很不错了。 | j****r

中医更好，真是有钱上西医，人家去美国了，
美国现在大陆人的脑里地位下降太多了，而且通讯太发达
所以来美国是个从感觉到价值观都不错的 deal
