My 5 year old son has server 过敏. He is allergy to many types of tree
pollen, grass, dust mite, cat, dog. Doctor suggested allergy shots. Does
anyone have the shots? Good? Side effects? It's so hard to see him suffer.
Thanks for any advice. |

谢谢老大! He suffers allergy since he was born. He takes zyrtec everyday,
eye drops, nasal spray, prescription eczema cream frequently. Sometimes his
eyes were so itchy, he scrub his eyes against carpet or sofa. He hardly can
enjoy outdoor activities because of his allergy. He hardly can have good
sleep either.

发帖数: 1745 | 3 药物控制不好的情况下打过敏针是很正常的选择啊。
医生会make mixture,从小剂量开始，估计你家也有pediatric EpiPen用做以防万一。

Yes, we have EpiPen. My son's allergy is environmental and year round. It
also led to his frequent ear infections. I searched 过敏针 on web, and know
it is a long process. Do you know if it is effective? And is there side
effects besides the uncomfortable around the injection area? Thanks a lot! |

发帖数: 1745 | 6 从小剂量到大剂量到maintanence dose,每周一次到每月一次。
有的时候会有local reaction,如果对dust mite过敏，枕头床垫都可以罩个dust mite
cover.
你再去看allergist的时候，有什么疑惑就直接问医生。他／她一定会向你详细解释的。

发帖数: 618 | 10 pat pat, 我的小孩才一岁，症状已经比你严重了。就我所知，打过敏针需要持之以恒
，起码一两年才会见效，所以你如果接下来几年固定看一个你信任的allergist最好。
原理跟打疫苗有点儿类似，就是用注射小剂量的过敏源让身体克服对自然过敏源的反映
。另外它对治疗单一过敏源过敏的效果最好，这多种过敏源的，要有没有效果的心理准
备。 |

发帖数: 2541 | 11 另外，除了治疗，强烈建议：你应该检查自己住宅得卫生情况--是否有严重的霉菌污
染？尤其是黑色毛霉菌，很常见得室内、浴池水龙头内、空调里生长繁殖并播散于
室内空气中，以及地毯、被褥枕头、床垫等等。。。。。。大量霉菌在这些地方存
在可导致一些过敏体质的人严重反应。有临床报导过，因长期生活在霉菌污染得室
内，该患者长期严重过敏但未能重视和彻底检查及改变环境，只是对证抗过敏处理，
最后引起肺纤维化而必须肺移植。
有的人捡来得沙发、床垫、旧地毯等都可能带有大量细菌和霉菌，若没有清洁处理
则成为过敏来源。甚至有报导，不良厂家商贩把旧床垫换张新的便宜布面就当新床
垫卖，结果，顾客买回后出现严重过敏，最后反复检查才发现来源于床垫，其内完
全是破旧肮脏的内絮，存有大量蹒虫和霉菌。换掉床垫和沙发，症状立即消失。
最后，不要在养宠物，也尽量避免接触！甚至家人都不要接触以免带回过敏源引起敏
感得孩子反应。

发帖数: 618 | 14 地毯是个巨大的满虫滋生源，很难清理，有条件尽量换地板房。霉菌可以买mold
detector，肉眼也可以看得见水池边黑黑的就是。
我现在住的就是老apartment，地毯，霉菌看得见。只能苦等几个月后搬家、、
我的小孩目前没多大好转，所以没啥更多经验了。另外这里也不是求医问药版，这楼再高版主要骂的。还是多问医生吧。
