say anything for certain, but I don't think there is scale for measurement
of weight and height in the exam room, if you really get this kind of case,
I would just ask the patient if themselves can provide this info.
Q2: no need to ask in details, just ask: did he/she meet all developmental
milestone? are His weight and height in normal range?

should all be done by the nurse before you see teh pateint.
秤和身高卡尺 are located in the nurse station, not in the doctor's office.
Usually the nurse will also get a brief family history, past medical history
, majot complains, symptomes, et al Hence, the paper you see on the door
