15 minutes. There is a paper application and you can take a look what info
you need to finish this application. I did that 1 month ago when I started
to work on step3. After you finish the online application, you need to get
your signature and picture notarized and mail it to the step3 office. You
can get all the information by visiting the following website:http://www.fsmb.org/m_usmlestep3.html
