我做Extern的hospital有个AMG, 整天游手好闲，可是很聪明，和谁关系都很好，也深
得attending喜欢，可就是没考完USMLE. 现在在复习CS, 问我经验。（汗一吧）
我告知以前有case中病人直接拒绝女医生，问他如果病人拒绝他， prefer a female
doctor, 大家猜猜他怎么说？
。。。他说：I used to be a female but I did transsexual operation couple
years ago.

告知另一ｃａｓｅ， what if the patient ask to go to restroom? He said:
Can I go with you? It doesn't bother me. I need to take the history and do
the physical...
