司知道我与coworker谈过这事，我给更我谈rate的公司任发了这个email，不知道是否
会激怒他们？很忐忑呀，请各位大侠指点谜镜。
email：“I am very appreciate of your guys working for the business and put
a lots of faith on company because I believed my rate will gradually
increase with more assignments and time going although coworkers around me
suprised for my rate so low.”

I would say:
I really appreciate this opportunity to allow me to work for this company (. I was surprised by your
hard working and strong work ethic and loyalty to the company (usually said by the company
owner). I think my rate is kind of low comparing with other peers while I am taking more and
more assignments.
