ECFMG OASIS, it seems this is not a complex system and it is not hard to
follow the instructions. Please share your experience here.
On the basis of the instructions,
1. Through this site you will be able to send electronic requests for
ORIGINAL letters of recommendation directly to your letter writers as well
as to see the status of your existing LoR requests.
2. You must indicate whether or not you have waived your right to view your
LoRs as well as indicate the specialty for which you wish to have the letter
writer recommend you.
3. This is an optional service. If your letter writers will be submitting
your documents by mail, please do not submit an electronic request.
4. You will be required to enter the contact information of your letter
writers including e-mail address. Your letter writers will be sent an e-mail
with a link from which they can access the on-line recommendation form and
upload a letter in support of your application.
5. To submit a request for a new letter writer: click on New LoR Request,
enter your letter writer’s contact information, LoR information, and click
Submit.

and colleagues. You should consider asking for LoRs from clerkship

如果申请病理，是不是就写pathology? 还是不填比较好呢呢？？

着怎么要LOR呢。
还有一个问题，想问timingchain:如果是电子上传LOR,还需要cover letter 不?

indicated by this system,

A cover letter is used only by ERAS for processing documents sent to them
including LORs sending by mails. As to online LOR system, the LOR request
form that is filled in online can be regarded as a cover sheet. No paper
work is needed for this online LOR system. Everything is online.

3. On the left side, click Request a Letter of Recommendation
4. At the bottom, check "I have read and accept the above disclosures" and
click the button "Continue"
5. You will see the instructions and can send the request |
