对方记下了我的名字，号码，家庭电话，email。也没说啥。
下来要如何做？

但是注意要填你的confirmation no， 我最开始把permit no填里面，就死活也改不了

我已经预约考试时间，现在取消考试，离考试时间在1月以内，所以要交50的罚款以后
才能再约考试时间。

需要打电话是指你取消的同时，没有预定新的位子，才需要打电话。
你自己试一下不久可以了。 |

登录进去以后就会有schedule，reschedule，cancel各种选项
然后根据提示一步一步做就可以了

下次他们要给你转接的时候，记得要一个direct number
这样万一转的时候挂了可以直接打
