据说，UW 在帮你写之前先问了一大堆问题让你回答，然后他们才在你的答案的基础上
去进行艺术加工，最后写成一篇PS。很多同学想知道UW都问了些什么问题？
想请以前用过这个服务的大侠们，能不能查查你们原来的email, 把所有那些问题贴在
这里，或者悄悄发给我，我再贴出来。很多同学想通过思考这些问题，自己写出自己的
PS来。

Please mention specific experiences/exposures in your life that made you
decide a career in medicine. Please do not say that you want to help people.
Explain why you chose that specialty (This is the most important part of the
personal statement!)
Please mention any experiences that lead you to choose a particular
specialty.
You can mention experiences during your medical school rotations, highly
influential advisors/professors, personal experiences, etc.
Personal strengths
Please explain why your strengths fit into your chosen specialty.
You can also mention special skills (i.e. compassionate care, at ease with
central lines, surgical skills, teaching ability, etc). Show how you are
well-rounded, strengths inside and outside of medicine, extracurricular
activities.
Credibility
Please explain what makes you a special candidate in a residency program.
You can also mention what you are looking for in a program.
This should be tailored to your specialty.
Training
Have you ever done an internship, observership, externship, sub-internship
or volunteer work?
If so, in what field/specialty/department was it in? When and where did it
take place? What did you learn?
Research
Have you ever done medical research? If so, describe the work involved. When
and where did it take place?
Have you ever authored any journal articles, abstracts and/or poster
presentations?
Teaching/Workshop/CME programs
Have you ever had any teaching experience, participate in medical workshops
and/or continuing medical education programs? When and where did it take
place? What did you learn/gain from the experience?
We encourage all users to provide detailed information for above queries in
order to prepare unique personal statement based on your background,
education, experience, and personal interests.
