发帖数: 188 | 4 This happened on me too. First you need to call the prometric center to find
out what is going on. Probably you also need to email NBME to ask them to
update your eligibility in the system. Good luck.

发帖数: 55 | 5 Thanks cutiee. I will email NBME. Actually I called prometric several times. They either said it will take some time to show my updated information in their system or said their system was down and need some time to fix.
