I came to one question when i was reviewing the FA:
It is written on the book that "Osteitis Fibrosa Cystica" shows:serum Ca2+
increased, phosphate decreased, PTH increased.
How could that happen? There should be no impact on parathyroid function by
"Osteitis Fibrosa Cystica", so PTH increase should be a secondary change.
But if the serum Ca2+ increase first, PTH should be decreased.
Anyone can help me out of here please? Thanks a lot! | c******y 发帖数: 264 | 2 自己顶一个,没有partner复习真痛苦啊,有高手麻烦解答一下吧 | z*******6 发帖数: 353 | 3 OFC is caused by primary hyperparathyroidism. Common causes include
parathyroid adenoma/carcinoma. then hopefully it would make sense for you. | c******y 发帖数: 264 | 4 ye, I got it, helps me a lot! Thank you!
