of identification form(186),187,344,345....If my form 186 is signed by an

listed documents will be sent to ECFMG directly from the office of that

这是第二个选项，第一个是说我已经提交给了ECFMG学位证的复印件，第三个是说我还
没有拿到学位证。我现在在美国，是选这个选项吗？
生成186后到银行公证完再邮寄回国找学校老师签字，最后由学校寄回ECFMG，是这样的
顺序吗？还是到银行公证完之后就可以直接把材料寄到ECFMG了？
