I am writing because you expressed interest in possibly attending the EWCS
2 course scheduled for December 5-9, 2011 in Palo Alto, CA.
Our enrollment in this course has increased so I have been able to reduce
the cost for each person attending to $1600 for the 5 days. Tuition
includes a pre-course live TV conference with me to prepare each
physician/student for the course, and post-course TV conferences weekly
until you sit for the examination. A course registration form is on the

Please let me know if you are interested in attending the course in
December; I need to know the total enrollment to be sure I have the right
number of standardized patients (actors). |
