As we all have heard, GME funding is in the toilet, and with the pending
mega-cuts to Medicare (which pays for GME, including resident salaries and
to the education program itself), the feds are looking to flush.
Below you will find a link to an AAMC page that will allow you to send an
automated email to both senators and your congressman all at once. This
affects everyone that will become a future trainee. So take a minute and do
it for all of us. It just requires putting in your name and zip code. They
don't care about personalized, articulate speeches. It's all about numbers.
So the more people do it, the louder our voice will become. Thank you for
