后，所想到的是，不能用cavitron， double我的mask。期间在一起待了大概30分钟。
他没有咳嗽也没打喷嚏。
他走后我消毒了所有挨过或可能碰到的东西，试图开窗子，怎么也打不开。
回家后才发现，active的TB是不该接受洁牙的。
我现在很难过，偏巧今天有感冒了，现在好绝望好绝望，要怎么办呀 | J****G

这个人自己知道是activeTB，肯定在治疗。而结核病一经治疗，将大大减低结核菌的传

chance
to talk about BCG and TB exposure.
I don't know where you are practicing or if you are a dentist, or
assistant.
the tuberculosis, especially active, is a affirmative reportable
disease
to the State; and the patient has been documented and been regulated for
his
/her activities. If the patient is in the US, it is very strange to see.
if you did have close contacts with such patient, you will be either
followed up very closely or even treatment. You may have to consult a
Infectious disease for the guideline.
as far as BCG, usually BCG vac renders a positive response to PPD,
lasting
less than ~10 years. If no reexposure, the PPD test may become negative.
However, people from China have high possibilities of reexposure to the
TB
pateints, especially if you are health care providers, without knowing
likely. this will "boost" the reaction; we then consider it as the
latent TB.
BCG, has very low yield for protection. In fact, people in the US do not
believe it provides significant result (this is why no BCG in the US
given).
Not all the US health providers are comfortable handling with BCG
received
patients; it has caused confusions. To make things simple, all PPD
positive
patient, regardless BCG, are considered as latent TB if no CXR findings.
this will be treated with single agnet.
so, most likely in your case, if you haven't been treated with isoniazid
in the past. you will first get PPD, then if positive, do chest X-ray,
if nothing revealing, you will get isoniazid x 9 months treatment.
If you had the INH treatment in the past for your previous positive PPD,
and your PPD test now is no difference from your last. you may have to
consult your infectious disease specialist, to make sure what you should
do. either way, don't forget to ask him what s/he would do in your
exposure to the "active TB" patient. | l*******8

院半年多，终于有一天，好多检查阴性，才放她出院。当时几乎所有的intern都管过她。
南美过来的visitor, no insurance, no job, no money, who's gonna pay for her
health care bill?有个答案是肯定的：肯定不是这个病人。

另外补充一点，latentTB理论上要治疗，但实际上很多人不治疗，不是强制执行滴^_^
