It does sound like a Rheumatoid arthritis. |
f****i 发帖数: 129 | 3 but how would you explain the rash if it is RA?
【在 w***0 的大作中提到】 : Not likely. If this is RF, do you see the "JOHNs" criteria or minors?, : It does sound like a Rheumatoid arthritis.

w***0 发帖数: 222 | 4 why do you believe RA can not have the rash?
will the diagnosis of either a RF or a RA completely shift your answer? |
w***0 发帖数: 222 | 5 unfortunately you can not make the diagnosis without the history of
infection. This question is not designed for making the diagnosis; even you
may have your points.
when you make the diagnosis of rheumatic fever, don't forget the history of
strep infection. LOLLLLLLL, got you!
take it easy.
