已经延过一次，按照ECFMG的说法不能再延。
“If you are unable to take the exam during your original or extended
eligibility period or you are unable to extend your original eligibility
period, you must reapply, including payment of the appropriate fee(s), to
take the exam.”
ECFMG所说的reapply是什么意思？所有的材料都要重新递交？学校还要重新签字？
还是只用再花700刀？
