Q25
a 45-year old man has four episodes of involuntary twitch of the right foot.
following the last episodes, he had a tonic-clonic seizure. Which of the
following structures on the left is the most likely origin of the seizure?
A. inferior frontal cortex
B. inferior temporal cortex
c. insular cortex
D. Primary motor cortex
E. Supplementary motor cortex
I think B is the correct answer. For partial seizures, most commonly
originates in mesial temporal lobe from FA 2011.
Q41. A 21-year-old woman is evaluated for renal insufficiency. A
photomicrograph of a structure seen on urinalysis is shown. This finding is
most consistent with which of the following diagnoses?
a. acute cystitis
b. hepatitis B
c. minimal change disease
d. postinfectous glomerulonephritis
e. renal amyloidosis.
From the picture, I think it is a muddy brown cast, which indicates renal
tubular necrosis, which could be caused by renal amyloidosis. But previous
forum discussion gave the answer is d. | w******e 发帖数: 285 | 2 Q25 is D
He has progressed to tonic-clonic seizure, a form of "general" seizure, so
answer should be whole brain
Q 42 is D
The image is Red Blood Cell cast, not muddy brown, so he has nephritis,
should be D.
foot.
