difference within those centers.

发帖数: 467 | 4 I would not prefer to go Philly. I failed in ICE.The second time, I took it
in LA. Although I passed, my SEP score was even 1 star below the one from
Philly. So my conclusion is if your SEP is borderline, probably LA is not a
good place to start with. If your ICE is not good, stay away from Philly.
