What I have learned from the talk is: Be confident about yourself and do not
let visa (J1 or H1B), years of graduation or anything else stop you! Just
apply as many programs as you can, complete your package with a professional
picture as early as possible, LOR from China also very helpful!
Do your best to convince them you can do a great job! Smile, be confident
