Many details are already summarized in other people's notes, I would
highlight one thine here.
About Photo:
It is very important too. Of course your Score, background and your whole
package is the most important.
I heard from one attending doctor who is in interview committee, with saying
" one good photo also help you to get IV from similar candidates too" so
make your photo look professional and good looking too, even look smart. :)
You can use adobe photoshop to polish your photo.
